Practice Profiles
Practice profiles are intended to frame your reflection on your practice, based on the indicators for the competencies in the respective Professional Practice Standards. The Superintendent Practice Profile is based on the competencies within the Superintendent Leadership Quality Standard (SLQS), while the System Education Leader Practice Profile was developed using some competencies from the SLQS and other competencies from the Leadership Quality Standard, with the intent to reflect the roles and responsibilities of system education leaders.
